Grand Canal Sunset oil painting
Every day probably hundreds of thousands of photographs are taken from the Rialto Bridge.
When the sun sets and most of the tourists are gone, I can - almost alone - enjoy the last evening light on the Canal Grande towards Riva del Carbon.
For a few minutes the Grand Canal immersed in a magnificent light between day and night.
